The amount per capsule is not given on packaging. Only the amount per serving, of four capsules. ! You then realise this is a very low amount of active product. There are several products encapsulated on the site called tablets
psyllium husk capsules need a big glass of water. the capsules are easier than loose husk for me
Psyllium capsules are tidier than the loose husk. definitely need a full glass of water with them
