I have just started taking vitamin K2 with D3 to see if it helps with blood pressure

I started taking these vitamin K2 capsules mainly for longterm bone support. Obviously it isn’t the sort of supplement where you expect to feel something immediately, but I like the simple formula and the capsules go down easily. Happy with the quality and I plan on sticking with them

Good product
K2 was something I added once I started taking d3 more regularly. I like that this is mk7 and the capsules do not have loads of extras added. easy choice if you want a clean daily vitamin from Crown Supplements
K2 mk7 is one I take alongside d3. I dont feel a big obvious change, but it fits well with my bone support stack
k2 is one of those boring but useful supplements for me. I take it alongside vitamin d and like that it’s straightforward
